Job Description:

Business Development Executive at MWG Advertising Agency, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the agency s market presence. You will work closely with internal teams to develop tailored marketing solutions that align with clients branding and advertising needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of advertising, branding, and digital marketing solutions.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to develop tailored business strategies.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their advertising goals align with MWG s services.
Sales Pitch & Proposal Development: Develop compelling sales presentations, advertising proposals, and media plans to attract new business.
Collaboration with Creative & Strategy Teams: Work closely with internal teams to craft innovative advertising campaigns that meet client objectives.
Negotiation & Contract Management: Handle contract negotiations, pricing, and closing deals while ensuring profitable agreements for the agency.
Networking & Brand Representation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote MWG s brand and services.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track sales performance, provide regular updates on business development activities, and optimize strategies for better results.
Requirements skills:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
