Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
We are looking for Business Development Executive (based in Egypt) to manage outbound new sales for the US & Canada MLVs market, in addition to handling some active and lost customers.
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for identifying new prospects, nurturing relationships, and closing deals. From conducting market research to delivering captivating presentations, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and lost clients to foster trust and loyalty.
-Actively seek out new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
-Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
-Manage sales pipelines effectively, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups, and handling objections or complaints.
-Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
-Maintain regular reporting and review processes to track sales performance and progress towards targets.
-Aiming to achieve monthly targets.
What You Bring to the Table:
1-Market Experience: Proven experience working with clients in the US and Canadian markets is mandatory.
2-Business Development Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Lead generation, market penetration, and cold calling strategies.
3-Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 3 years of experience in a Business Development Executive role, specifically focused on selling services.
4-Industry Background: Prior experience in the localization or translation industry is preferred.
5-Account Management: Previous experience as an Account Manager will be considered an asset.
6-Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
7-Sales Competency: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and negotiation techniques within a B2B environment.
