Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Brand Boost. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth by promoting our UGC (User Generated Content) marketing services.
- 1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- 2. Sales & Client Acquisition
- Present and pitch Brand Boost s UGC marketing solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- 3. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- 4. Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
- 5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in digital/creative industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus.
