Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through targeted market research, client meetings, and site visits for residential and commercial cleaning services.

  • Craft tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition and address client pain points.

  • Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

  • Coordinate with operations and client servicing teams to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and contracts

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the cleaning or facility management industry.

  • Candidates with exposure to B2B service-based sales will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
