Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Aster Clinics is a part of Aster DM Healthcare – one of the largest private healthcare service providers in the GCC. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centric medical care through our network of clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies.
- Market Expansion & Strategy
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient volumes and revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity in Abu Dhabi healthcare sector. - Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and community organizations.
Work closely with referral doctors, medical centers, and community influencers to drive clinic referrals. - Corporate Engagement
Promote Aster Clinics’ healthcare services to corporates through health talks, wellness events, and tie-ups.
Secure contracts for wellness packages, annual health checkups, and occupational health services. - Marketing & Outreach
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and outreach programs.
Represent Aster Clinics at healthcare exhibitions, community events, and health fairs in Abu Dhabi. - Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare monthly business development reports, sales forecasts, and ROI analysis.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
