Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Research, identify, and qualify potential clients (developers, contractors, commercial projects, etc.)

Prepare customized business development sheets and company presentations for client meetings

Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present Orion s services and capabilities

Support the management team in closing deals and negotiating proposals

Manage client accounts and maintain long-term relationships

Handle leads generated from social media marketing campaigns and follow up via calls and meetings

Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking sheets with regular progress reports

Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align proposals and offerings

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred universities: AUC, GUC, Cairo University, Ain Shams University)

1 3 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales within the engineering, design, or construction sector

Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic

Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities

Dynamic, self-motivated, and professional demeanor
