Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Develop business development plans to expand the company’s presence and revenue streams.
  • Identify high-potential markets and prospects.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients and partners.
  • Build a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing client needs.
  • Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.

  • Provide technical expertise on transformers, cables & accessories, telecom cables, substations, and electrical products, HV, LV, SWITCHGEAR, E-House, Busway, RMU, FIBER OPTIC CABLE, insulators, steel applications .

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the industrial or electrical sector

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
