This role blends business development with client servicing, giving you the chance to both drive new client acquisition and nurture long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the client base in the UAE and KSA.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close business deals while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events, production, PR, finance, HR) to align client needs with deliverables.
  • Monitor sales targets, prepare reports, and provide insights on performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Arabic required.
  • Proven negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales and client satisfaction targets.
