Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the business development team in identifying and pursuing new international market opportunities for Egyptian manufacturers.

Assist in the preparation and execution of tailored export strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market demands.

Coordinate with logistics partners to facilitate end-to-end export processes and resolve operational challenges.

Conduct market research to identify potential buyers, distributors, and emerging trends in target markets.

Maintain and update client and partner databases, ensuring accurate and timely information management.

Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports to support/conduct business development initiatives and client meetings.

Assist in organizing and participating in B2B matchmaking events, trade shows, and partnership meetings.

Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects, providing regular updates to senior team members.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of business development activities.

Support the development and implementation of marketing materials and campaigns aimed at international audiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, export coordination, or a related field.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data.

Familiarity with export regulations, logistics, and international trade practices.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Willingness to work on-site and travel as required for business development activities.
