Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the construction and engineering sector

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

Conduct outreach, follow-ups, and sales presentations to generate qualified leads

Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align client needs with company services

Meet and exceed monthly performance KPIs

Desired Candidate Profile

English level: Minimum B2 (Fluent spoken and written communication is required)

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development

Proven B2B sales experience (a must)

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
