Echelle Interiors, a boutique architecture, interior design, and fit-out consultancy based in Doha, Qatar, is looking for a dynamic Business Developer/Sales Executive to join our team. We specialize in creating luxurious spaces in Qatar's most prestigious neighborhoods, handling commercial, residential, and retail projects of all sizes.

What You'll Do:

• Develop New Business: Identify and secure new business opportunities across various sectors.

• Client Communication: Handle client inquiries and maintain fluent communication in both Arabic and English.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential business opportunities.

• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully delivered.

• Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our brand presence.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in business development or sales within the interior design or related industry.

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.

• Negotiation: Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Market Insight: Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends. Language Skills: Fluent in both Arabic and English. Mindset: A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
