Roles & Responsibilities
We are an established and growing travel agency launching a new activity within our business, and we re looking for a travel agent. Our company is dedicated to creating exceptional travel experiences, and this new venture will expand our presence in the market by building strong industry connections and innovative travel offerings.
Role Overview:
The Business Developer will be responsible for establishing and expanding partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, hotels, and tourism boards, while also identifying new business opportunities and driving sales for our new activity
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for our new travel activity.
Build and strengthen connections with airlines, travel agencies, and tourism partners locally and internationally.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to support sales growth.
Identify new markets, clients, and revenue streams.
Collaborate with internal teams to create attractive travel packages and promotions.
Represent the company at travel exhibitions, industry events, and networking functions.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Track sales performance and provide strategic growth recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
3 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the travel, airline, or hospitality sector.
Strong existing network or ability to establish new relationships with airlines, DMCs, and travel agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision.
Familiarity with travel booking systems and industry tools is an advantage.
