Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing sales of yeasts, bread improvers, milling ingredients and optimizing margins for the B2B bakery segment, wholesalers and manufacturers within your geographical area. You are responsible for your customer database, its evolution, and the development of volume and turnover in your area.

Missions:

- Market knowledge

  • Create a file of user customers and potential customers
  • Know the potential of your sector as well as the market share of the main competitors
  • Provide support to distributors' sales force and measure their performance
  • Carry out competitive intelligence
  • Identify new bakery openings
  • Master the technical characteristics of the Lesaffre product range

- Business development

  • Contribute to good market readability
  • Identify and communicate customer technical support needs and monitor the progress of these support missions
  • Use sales support tools to optimize your sales efforts
  • Walk to new bakeries every day and collect data
  • Demonstrates commercial dynamism and assigns new customers to the distributor capable of providing the best service
  • Establish good communication with the Baking Center team and provide them with relevant information
  • Guarantee the image of Lesaffre products on your market

- Reporting

  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Updating the database and information contained in the CRM regularly
  • Planning missions in advance

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

Coming from a sales background, you have at least 2 years of field sales experience, working with FMCG product distributors.

English would be a plus.
