Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the development of yeast sales, bread improvers, milling ingredients and margin optimization for the B2B bakery segment, wholesalers and industrialists within your geographical department. You are responsible for your customer database, its evolution, and the development of the volume and turnover of your area.

Missions:

Market Knowledge

  • Build a file of customers, users and potential customers
  • Know the potential of your sector as well as the market share of the main competitors
  • Provide support to the distributors' sales force and measure their performance
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Identify new bakery openings
  • Mastering the technical characteristics of the Lesaffre product range

Business development

  • Contribute to the good readability of the market
  • Identify and communicate customer technical support needs and monitor the progress of these support assignments
  • Use sales support tools to optimize your sales markets
  • To walk new bakeries every day and to report the data
  • Demonstrates commercial dynamism and assigns new customers to the distributor able to provide the best service
  • Establish good communication with the Baking Center team and provide them with relevant information
  • Guaranteeing the image of Lesaffre products in your market

Reporting

  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Updating the database and information contained in the CRM regularly
  • Planning missions in advance

Make a personal impact
That makes you the ideal candidate

With a commercial background, you have a minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, in conjunction with distributors of FMCG products.

English would be a plus.
