Desired Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a Business Setup Executive / Administrative Officer – Business Setup Division to manage and coordinate client applications related to company formation, licensing, renewals, and related administrative procedures. The role involves direct communication with clients, free zones, and government authorities to ensure smooth and timely setup of businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries regarding business setup options (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore).
Prepare and process documentation for trade licenses, name reservations, visas, and establishment cards
Coordinate with government and free zone authorities (e.g., DED, Meydan, SHAMS, MOHRE). • Maintain records of client files, renewals, and payments.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
Provide professional guidance to clients on structure, license type, and compliance requirements. Support management with reporting, database updates, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE business setup, PRO,
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client files.
