Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Contribute across the consulting lifecycle by clarifying objectives, structuring hypotheses and workplans, conducting rigorous primary and secondary research, building analytical models, and translating findings into clear recommendations and business cases. Work across diverse industries, applying first-principles reasoning and disciplined analytics, while using AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and synthesis. Support implementation, measurement against KPIs, and knowledge capture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Define objectives, hypotheses, and a structured workplan with milestones and risks.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research: expert interviews, surveys, desk research, market sizing, competitive and regulatory reviews.
  • Build analytical models: unit economics, NPV and IRR, scenarios and sensitivities, cohort and retention analysis.
  • Synthesize findings into executive decks, memos, and decision briefs with precise recommendations and assumptions logs.
  • Design operating changes: organization, process, commercial levers, go-to-market, KPI frameworks, implementation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate workshops, socialize recommendations, and support change management and training.
  • Track impact against baselines and KPIs; run post-implementation reviews and codify learnings into reusable assets.
  • Use AI copilots responsibly for research, summarization, and drafting with strict source citation and validation.
