Roles & Responsibilities

QX Aviation LLC, a leading provider of aviation fuel services and airport operations management in the Sultanate of Oman, announces its intention to appoint:

Business Manager and Commercial Development

Business & Commercial Development Manager

Main responsibilities:

Developing and implementing business strategies to promote business growth and expansion.

Managing relationships with key clients and local and international partners.

Studying markets and new opportunities and submitting recommendations to senior management.

Leading business development initiatives and expansion projects in accordance with the company's vision.

Preparing business reports, analyzing performance, and providing improvement plans.

Overseeing commercial marketing operations and raising the company's brand.

Coordination with operational departments to ensure the achievement of revenue and operational targets.

Requirements:

University degree in business administration or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in business development or commercial fields, preferably in the aviation or energy sector.

High skills in negotiation and managing business relationships.

Strong ability to prepare strategic plans and analyze data.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
