Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a consulting environment, to support strategic initiatives across market research, proposition development, client engagement, and partner coordination. This role is pivotal in shaping go-to-market strategies and driving business growth for our technology services portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs across telecom, data science, and cybersecurity domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposition decks, pitch materials, and executive presentations.
  • Support client follow-ups, meeting coordination, and action tracking to ensure seamless engagement and delivery.
  • Facilitate partner interactions, including onboarding, documentation, and strategic alignment activities.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and contribute to internal reporting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with lead generation and digital marketing agency for smoother follow ups and coordination on both lead gen and brand building activities.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • MBA/PGDBA or equivalent with 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably in technology or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills (in English) including formal email communication and beyond.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint / CANVA, Excel, Word and collaboration tools; familiarity with AI/ML or cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to process complex information into clear, actionable insights.
