Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assignment :
- Conduct the analysis and documentation of existing HR business processes (Talent, Recruitment, Learning).
- Identify and formalize functional needs to propose innovative solutions aligned with the HR strategy.
- Configure, customize and optimize the HR platform (Talent & Recruitment modules in particular) to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with technical (IT) teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of solutions.
- Participate in end-user training and support during the adoption phase to ensure a successful transition.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of deliverables and compliance with deadlines.
Profile sought:
- Education: Bac+5 in Human Resources, IT, or equivalent field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR Business Analyst.
- Proven expertise in Talent, Recruitment and Training processes .
- Proven experience in configuration and optimization (experience on Workday or Cornerstone or SAP SuccessFactors will also be considered).
- Mastery of Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Proven ability to translate business needs into precise functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a variety of audiences (from management to end users).
- Analytical mind, strength of proposal and rigor.
- Languages: Fluency in French is essential . Fluency in English is a definite asset.
Desired Candidate Profile
