Job Description Summary As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for the MENAT markets and work closely with the MENAT Commercial Excellence team to drive business intelligence, maintain & generate reports and identify market trends to drive growth and profitability.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial excellence and distributor performance.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic planning, sales performance analysis, and distributor management.
• Support the team in identifying market trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Analyze distributor performance and efficiency metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing distributor networks, inventory management, and sales effectiveness.
• Support the development of distributor training programs and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify areas for process improvement within commercial and distributor management functions and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing business processes and system capabilities.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including commercial leaders, sales teams, and distributor partners, to gather requirements and provide insights.
• Train business users on best practices for utilizing Power BI tools and reports.
• Continuously enhance and optimize Power BI models for performance and scalability.

About you
• Bachelor s degree in business administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a commercial or distributor management function.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the MedTech industry is a must.
