Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Requirements gathering & documentation for mobile banking projects
Process mapping & user journey design
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and detailed user journey maps
Work closely with UX/UI teams on wireframes & prototypes (Figma)
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments
Manage product backlogs, write epics & user stories
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Analyze data & user behavior to support decision-making
Strong communication, presentation, collaboration & conflict-resolution skills
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Experience Required
Minimum 5 years in relevant BA roles
Banking domain experience preferred
Bilingual candidates preferred (English must; Arabic is a plus)
Desired Candidate Profile
Preference: Bilingual (English mandatory; Arabic an added advantage)br>We are urgently looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Mobile Banking and Digital Channels. Suitable for candidates with solid experience in banking projects and stakeholder engagement.
