Job Purpose

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 5 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop data models and algorithms to optimize processes and solve business problems.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to present findings and insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis tasks.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve business performance and efficiency.
• Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 3 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS Visio, Python, ERP or CRM systems, Power BI, Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
