Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support a Salesforce-based FinTech project. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders in the FinTech domain.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements for the Salesforce platform.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product owners to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce capabilities and FinTech industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce-related projects (Sales, Service, or Financial Services Cloud experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the FinTech industry: payments, digital banking, lending, or related financial services.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and data management.
  • Experience creating documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, process maps).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Financial Services Cloud).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with integrations and APIs in Salesforce.
