Requirements gathering & documentation for mobile banking project
Process mapping & user journey design Payment : Monthly for 12 months.
Ability to create BRDs, FRDs, and user journey maps
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working with UX/UI teams on wireframes and prototypes and Figma
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to manage product backlogs, write epics and user stories
Participation in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Ability to analyze data and user behavior to inform decisions
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills
Adaptability and proactive mindset
