SETS is seeking a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Business Development & Strategic Growth Deparment

• Conducting in-depth research on existing and potential markets, clients, and opportunities, and preparing relevant reports
• Benchmarking and identifying best practices and market trends
• Reporting synthesized results of research and analysis in a clear, concise, and compelling manner
• Preparing industry, market, and other pertinent reports
• Supporting in the development, improvement, and the revision of BDSG policies, procedures, flowcharts, forms, templates
• Analyzing business trends and patterns
• Analyzing, drawing insights from and visualizing data

• Holds a bachelor s degree in business administration, International Relations, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or similar fields. A master s degree is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and an eye for structure and aesthetic appeal
• A self-starter who demonstrates inquisitiveness and strong work ethic, and eagerness to develop skills and build knowledge
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload
• Possess strategic and analytical thinking
