Context:

As part of its development plan, our client is looking for a Finance Business Analyst with functional and technical expertise in the field of BAM regulatory reporting.

• Duration: 12 months.
• Location: Casablanca, Morocco
• D: As much as possible.

Missions:

• Management and monitoring of projects and developments,
• Management of the project relationship with the various internal and external project actors,
• Framing the need
• Drafting of specifications
• Facilitation of functional workshops
• Drafting of functional specifications
• Development of recipe books
• Functional qualification of deliveries
• Assistance to the trade during functional approval
• Production of architecture, security and operational deliverables
• Development of the change management plan
• Management and management of change management (communication, training, procedures, user assistance)

Profile sought:

Business Analyst Finance Snior, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in banking projects. The candidate must have proven experience in banking project management: a thorough functional knowledge of BAM regulatory reporting is essential.

Operational skills:

• Engineer (BAC+ 5 or more), with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the banking field. Good communication skills and adaptability in addition to the ability to act.
• Good knowledge of the bank's IS
• Interpersonal skills
• Conceptualization of complex banking problems
• Conceptualization of complex banking problems.
• Knowledge of project management methods.
• Good analytical and action-writing skills
• A capacity for coordination with the various actors of a project.
• Mastery of project methodologies (Scoping, Design, Bank Approval, Change Management).
