Business Analyst - Dubai BCT Consulting Private Limited

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements in the payments domain.

• Recommend improvements for payment operations, compliance, and reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with UAE Central Bank regulations.

• Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and solution design.

• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

• Coordinate with development and QA teams across the SDLC.

• Support UAT with defined scenarios and validations.

• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure ongoing compliance.

• Act as SME for UAEFTS, WPS, ICCS, and cross-border payments.

• Provide post-implementation support and user training.

Essential Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of UAE Payments systems (UAEFTS, WPS, ICCS, DDA, SWIFT, ISO 20022)

• Strong experience in implementing payment systems end-to-end

• Familiarity with UAE Central Bank compliance requirements

• Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FSD, Use Cases)

Desired Skills:

• Effective stakeholder management

• Agile/Scrum methodology experience

• Awareness of payment fraud, risk, and AML
