Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate the bus while adhering to all traffic regulations and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues and ensure passenger safety.
- Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, especially those with disabilities or special needs, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Maintain clear and friendly communication with passengers, providing information on routes, schedules, and any delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; specialized training in bus driving is a significant advantage.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement, demonstrating technical competence.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving large vehicles, particularly buses or similar forms of public transportation.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations, showcasing a commitment to safety on the road.
