Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

As the Business Head – Building Materials & Industrial Products, you will be responsible for managing the entire business as a P&L head, ensuring sales turnover, gross margins, and net profitability.

The role includes preparing and executing business strategies, developing market plans for each product line, and growing the current business while introducing new profitable products and technologies.

You will oversee annual budgeting, receivables, and inventory management while leading and motivating sales teams to achieve high performance.

Building and nurturing strong customer relationships will be a core part of the role, along with identifying new opportunities, brands, and emerging technologies to strengthen the business portfolio.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain and finance, and provide regular KPI and performance reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a graduate, preferably in Civil Engineering, with a degree in Business Management.

You must have 15–20 years of proven experience in the Building Materials & Industrial Products sector, with strong expertise in P&L management, strategy development, and business leadership.

You should have experience handling both direct sales and distributor networks, with at least 5–6 years of work experience in the GCC. A valid GCC driving license is preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate strong leadership skills, proven ability to mentor and manage large sales teams, and the confidence to interact effectively at senior management levels.

Exposure to the latest industry technologies and market trends will be highly valued.
