Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed building inspections, identifying defects and assessing structural integrity to safeguard building users.
- Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings, including photographic evidence and recommended remedial actions to provide clarity for stakeholders.
- Advise clients on building regulations, planning permission, and other legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Manage and oversee building projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget to deliver successful outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Holds professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent, showcasing commitment to professional standards.
- Has certifications in relevant areas like asbestos surveying or fire risk assessment, enhancing expertise.
- Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in building surveying, highlighting practical experience.
