Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor project budgets across multiple sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial constraints.
- Prepare, review, and consolidate budget proposals for residential, commercial, educational, technological, and recreational infrastructure projects.
- Track and report on budget variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations to project managers and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, forecast expenditures, and support resource allocation decisions.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and reports to support project planning and execution.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements, budget reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all budgeting activities.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support the implementation of financial controls to optimize project spending.
- Participate in project meetings, providing financial expertise and guidance to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Support audits and reviews by providing accurate and timely budget documentation and analysis.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in budget analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with ERP systems or financial software is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to budgeting.
