Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Brokerage Fee

  • Accurately record cargo information on the design software, ensuring data compliance and updating.
  • Coordinate with the services concerned (customs, freight forwarders, carriers) to ensure the smooth running of formalities and anticipate possible blockages. Issuing notes and collecting payments
  • Inform consignees of the arrival of goods, transmit the necessary documents and facilitate the handling of shipments
  • Familiarity with manifest management software and computer tools.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and import regulations.
  • Analytical mind and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication in French and English.
  • Sense of organization and rigor in the follow-up of files.
  • R activity and ability to manage the unexpected.
