Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
*Location:* 10th of Ramadan city
*Reports To:* Logistics Manager
### Job Summary:
As a Broker at Vivo mobile communication technology, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of materials, components, and finished goods through various suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. You will work closely with our procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient management of inventory.
### Key Responsibilities:
- *Supply Chain Management:*
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
- Identify potential new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities and reliability.
- *Inventory Management:*
- Track inventory levels and coordinate reordering processes as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Maintain a well-documented system for tracking orders and shipments.
- *Logistics Coordination:*
- Coordinate transportation of materials, components, and finished products to and from various locations.
- Manage shipment schedules, ensure timely delivery, and minimize delays.
- Work with freight forwarders and logistics providers to optimize transport solutions.
- *Compliance and Documentation:*
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for procurement and distribution.
- Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation, including invoices, customs forms, and shipping manifests.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience:* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a brokerage role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- *Education:* Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- *Skills:*
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation modes, and shipping regulations.
### Additional Requirements:
- Very good in English, if specific] with good written and verbal English.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and regulations related to the import/export of electronics goods
