Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Master the art of crafting authentic Pakistani breads like naan, roti, and paratha, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Precisely measure and combine ingredients, following established recipes and adjusting as needed to achieve perfect dough consistency.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment, including tandoors, ovens, and dough mixers, adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor baking processes, controlling temperature and time to produce evenly baked, golden-brown breads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic skills.
- Holds a relevant culinary certificate or diploma, showcasing formal training in baking.
- Demonstrates prior experience in a bakery or restaurant setting, indicating familiarity with the industry.
- Offers at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Pakistani bread making, reflecting practical expertise.
