Roles & Responsibilities

Retail Marketing Execution: Support the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for Roomours and Villeroy & Boch, ensuring alignment with brand direction and retail objectives.

Campaign Creation & Execution: Plan and manage creative, multi-channel campaigns (digital, in-store, outdoor, and influencer) that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Brand Storytelling: Translate brand values into emotional, design-led narratives that connect with our customers from campaign visuals to store displays and online content.

Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee content strategy, community engagement, and paid media efforts to grow reach, followers, and traffic to stores and online platforms.

Retail Activation & Events: Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, pop-ups, in-store experiences, and collaborations that enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.

Visual Merchandising Support: Partner with retail and VM teams to ensure storytelling continuity across all physical touchpoints showrooms, shop-in-shops, and pop-ups.

PR, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Build relationships with media and creators to amplify brand presence and generate earned coverage across lifestyle and design platforms.

Consumer Insights & Market Research: Stay attuned to customer trends, retail behavior, and competitor activity to refine positioning and campaign performance.

Performance Tracking & Budget Management: Analyze campaign effectiveness, monitor ROI, and optimize marketing spending to maximize impact and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

B2C Retail Marketing Expertise: Proven experience driving marketing campaigns for consumer brands in retail, home, lifestyle, or interior design industries.

Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to merge design sensibility with data-driven marketing turning insights into compelling campaigns.

Strong Communication & Storytelling: Exceptional ability to craft and deliver messages that inspire consumers and strengthen brand love.

Hands-On Campaign Execution: Practical experience managing photo shoots, content creation, retail activations, and multi-channel campaigns.

Digital Fluency: Familiarity with social media advertising, influencer engagement, email marketing, and e-commerce brand growth strategies.

Collaboration & Agility: A proactive, organized, and adaptable marketer who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in the home, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong background in retail marketing and brand management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience managing agencies, media partners, and influencers.

Creative problem-solver with strong analytical and project management skills.

Confidence, curiosity, and drive to grow brands that enrich people s everyday lives.
