RISE TO THE CHALLENGE
Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) Ltd (PMMS) is looking for a Brand Marketing & Portfolio Executive to join the team. As a Brand Marketing & Portfolio Executive, you will be part of the E-Vapor and Oral Smokeless Category team , reporting to the Manager Brand & Portfolio.
Brand Marketing & Portfolio Executive role is responsible for supporting the development of locally relevant omni-channel campaigns and compelling brand content that build awareness, drive consumer engagement, and foster loyalty. You will also contribute to shaping the product portfolio strategy by assisting in roadmap planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely product launches and portfolio optimization
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Analyze market data and consumer insights to support the development of communication plans and toolkits across online and offline channels.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of the consumer journey by creating impactful, brand-aligned content for key touchpoints.
- Adapt global brand toolkits into local messaging and content, ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and user experience.
- Collaborate with agencies by providing clear briefs and managing timelines for content development and localization.
- Work cross-functionally to align messaging across consumer engagement channels and ensure compliance with local regulations and PMI s marketing code.
- Support the GCC product portfolio roadmap across P4 & P5 categories, aligning with PMI s innovation pipeline.
- Assist in preparing documentation for product approvals and monitor portfolio performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support product and packaging development and apply best practices from other PMI markets
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Candidate MUST currently be based in UAE
- 3 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in consumer-centric role
- Excellent English proficiency (Written & Spoken), Arabic is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital and Omni-channel marketing approaches is an asset
- Strong passion for brand marketing and communication
- Solid planning and project management skills; experience in cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with brand content or social media management is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills
- Fast learner, curious, and proactive in seeking improvement
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable in agile, test-and-learn environments
