Roles & Responsibilities


What you'll get to do
• Develop and implement market
ing strategies in line with the global and regional marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute on-ground activations, and other customer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of activations and campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, track return ROI, and report on budget performance.
• Drive forecasting process (CPS).
• Main point of contact for the brand managing the flow of information with the Middle East regional Marketing Team.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team, to align marketing and local market knowledge to brand strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (commercial and retail) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
• Leverage CRM tools to analyze customer data and identify opportunities for targeted marketing and clienteling.
• Develop and implement customer engagement activities that drive brand awareness and enhance loyalty and retention.
We'd love to meet you if you have
• Proven experience in trade marketing, campaign planning and execution ideally within the retail or luxury sector. Prior experience in the beauty sector is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and clienteling.
• In-depth knowledge of the Saudi market, including consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Budget management skills, with the ability to track and optimize marketing expenditures.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to propose impactful marketing ideas and activations.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
