• Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
• Manage the full marketing mix ,ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing to drive consumer engagement.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
• Manage product innovation, packaging updates, and NPD projects in collaboration with R&D and supply chain.
• Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
• Partner closely with sales teams to ensure brand strategies translate into in-market execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record in managing food brands or fast-moving consumer goods.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
