Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Brand Manager will be responsible for executing the company s three-year brand strategy within an assigned product category. Their core responsibility will be to develop and deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) every year, ensuring alignment with the company s growth objectives, and to drive execution across campaigns, launches, and market activations.

This role is designed for someone with 2 3 years of marketing or brand management experience who is ready to step into a high-ownership role, driving day-to-day brand execution and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
    • 4Develop a detailed AOP by year-end for the following year (e.g., prepare 2026 AOP by end of 2025).
    • Translate the company s 3-year strategy into actionable initiatives with measurable KPIs.
    • Align plans with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance for seamless execution.
  • Brand Execution
    • Implement the established strategy consistently across all touchpoints.
    • Manage campaigns, product launches, and activations tailored to the category s target audience.
    • Ensure competitive positioning of the category in the market.
  • Marketing & Communication
    • Drive integrated campaigns (digital, retail, influencer, and events).
    • Manage partnerships and collaborations to strengthen consumer engagement.
    • Oversee content creation that aligns with the category s brand identity.
  • Innovation & Product Development
    • Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain on new product introductions and portfolio expansion.
    • Collect and apply consumer insights to improve product launches and marketing activity.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Monitor sales performance, brand KPIs, and marketing ROI.
    • Manage and optimize the category marketing budget.
    • Provide monthly reports and insights to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 3 years of experience in brand management, category management, or marketing (FMCG/consumer goods preferred).
  • Proven exposure to digital marketing and influencer campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign execution and cross-functional coordination.
  • FMCG or lifestyle brand background is a plus.
  • Strong execution mindset: detail-oriented, structured, and deadline-driven.
  • Commercially sharp with ability to connect marketing activity to business results.
  • Creative and trend-aware, with strong consumer insight orientation.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
