ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION

OliOli was our first pioneering project - a childrens museum that redefined play and learning by creating immersive galleries for open-ended exploration.

Building on this foundation, we are now bringing Hoppi a new play destination for familiescoming soon to a new mall in Abu Dhabi.

Hoppi is designed especially for children aged 28, combining active physical play experiences with engaging, hands-on exhibit zones. It is a space where children can play, imagine, and explore, while parents enjoy a safe, enriching, and welcoming environment.

Hoppi aims to be a beloved family destination in Abu Dhabi, adding joy, creativity, and playfulness to the lives of families.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting Hoppi s success through the effective implementation of marketing and communication strategies that drive visitation, engagement, and brand awareness.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and the Venue Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that Hoppi s marketing plans are executed with excellence, consistency, and creativity across all touchpoints from digital platforms to in-venue activations.

The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with the central marketing team and the Abu Dhabi venue team to ensure Hoppi delivers joyful, memorable, and meaningful experiences for children and families.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy, Content & Execution

  • Implement Hoppi s marketing plans in alignment with the central brand/marketing team.
  • Take a hands-on role in content creation capturing and editing photos and videos that authentically represent Hoppi s joyful experiences.
  • Adapt and design marketing and communication materials using tools like Canva, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Support the Venue Manager in achieving visitation and commercial targets by driving awareness, ticket sales, and repeat visits.
  • Track and report marketing performance metrics, ensuring campaigns are results-driven and aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives across all touchpoints (digital, print, in-venue).
  • Collaborate closely with the central marketing team to align messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.
Digital, PR & Communications
  • Take full responsibility for managing Hoppi s digital presence including social media content planning, community management, and engagement.
  • Develop and publish compelling, family-oriented social content that drives awareness and connection with the Hoppi brand.
  • Coordinate with the digital ads agency for paid advertising, ensuring campaigns align with brand tone and objectives.
  • Maintain and update Hoppi s website and online platforms with accurate, engaging, and current information.
  • Manage influencer collaborations, PR outreach, and media coverage to build awareness and excitement around Hoppi .
  • Monitor online reviews and social feedback, responding promptly and thoughtfully to reinforce Hoppi s guest-first approach.
