Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet all customers warmly when they visit the showroom.
- Guide them to the right person or department (sales/service).
- Help collect and update customer contact details.
- Follow up with customers from marketing campaigns and social media.
- Make cold calls to potential clients to promote the brand.
- Share product information with customers when sales executives are not available.
- Arrange and coordinate test drives (join the customer if needed).
- Support various admin tasks for the dealership.
- Take customer feedback or complaints and share them with the right team.
- Keep the reception area neat and professional.
- Always maintain a friendly and professional appearance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Freshers can apply
- Retail or customer service experience.
- Experience in the luxury segment is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience is a big plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Friendly, patient, and a good listener.
- Comfortable using social media for promotions.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
