Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and communication strategies to enhance Ibn Sina Pharma s market presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Create, edit, and manage engaging content for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in crisis communication and reputation management initiatives as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or marketing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design or content management tools.
