Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Lead the brand s entry strategy into the Egyptian market
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendor, distributor, and channel partners
- Develop and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy
- Own business development targets, including revenue growth and market penetration
- Negotiate partnerships, commercial terms, and annual business plans
- Shape the product portfolio and manage new product introductions (NPI)
- Provide market insights, category trends, and competitive analysis to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing on visibility, digital activation, and brand-building initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For
- 5 10 years experience in mobile accessories or consumer electronics in Egypt
- Proven experience launching or scaling brands in the Egyptian market
- Strong vendor and distributor networks, especially in mobile and electronics
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial planning skills
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Bachelor s degree required; MBA is a plus
