Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote Wise Monkey Rum at in-store tastings, nightlife venues, and branded events
- Engage directly with consumers to introduce the brand and encourage trial
- Deliver a fun, informative, and on-brand experience during every activation
- Support with setup and breakdown of promotional materials and displays
- Collaborate with bartenders, retail staff, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution
- Capture photos and short clips for social sharing (when appropriate)
- Report activation performance and customer feedback after each event
Desired Candidate Profile
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain positive relationships.
Has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, marketing, or public relations; experience as a brand ambassador is preferred.
Demonstrates proficiency in English and any other language is advantageous, allowing for effective communication with a broader audience.
Previous promo, event, hospitality, or nightlife experience is a plus
Must be of legal drinking age
Professional appearance and punctuality
Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
Experience within the hospitality industry
Social media content skills (stories, reels, etc.)
