Branch Sales Officer - Personal Loans

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales target in personal loan disbursements.
• Generate new business through branch walk-ins, customer referrals, and cross-selling bank products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct eligibility checks, explain product features, and assist customers in completing loan applications.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, UAE Central Bank regulations, and KYC/AML guidelines.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting of daily sales activities to the branch manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales within UAE banking.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly disbursement targets.
• Strong knowledge of credit policies, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
