Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary :
Responsible for managing all branch operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team to achieve business goals.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track branch performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Hire, train, and mentor branch staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on branch performance and objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma.
9 years previous work experience in customer service or front desk roles.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
