Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily activities within the Branch, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Identify, assess, and manage operational risks within the Branch.
  • Drive sales growth and meet monthly sales targets set by the Company.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Assist the Sales team in maintaining customer relationships, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for employees and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and alignment with Branch goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Stock Controller for stock replenishment.
  • Coordinate with the Visual Merchandiser to organize and maintain Branch displays and product presentation, ensuring an attractive and effective layout for customers.
  • Prepare regular reports on Branch performance, including sales, stock levels, and customer feedback, to assess overall effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role, and at least 4 years of experience in the Furniture Industry.

Education requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to drive sales.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management
  • In-depth product knowledge
