Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive branch growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Prepare and analyze branch performance reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture aligned with company values.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in branch management, retail operations, or a related field.
