Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Implement and monitor branch policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high-quality healthcare services.
  • Manage branch budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local healthcare providers.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies regarding healthcare services and benefits management.
  • Drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction and address any service issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with other branches and central departments to align on company-wide objectives and share best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within the branch and contribute to strategic planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 5 years of experience in pharmacy management/supervision.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (shift-based system).
