Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies, driving operational excellence throughout the branch.

  • Enhance customer relations by addressing concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a high standard of service that builds long-term loyalty.

  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques, empowering them to exceed customer expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge in management and operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail banking or branch management, showcasing a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Branch Manager (CBM) or equivalent are highly desirable, indicating commitment to professional development.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, providing insight into customer needs and market trends.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis software and branch management tools, enabling effective decision-making and performance tracking.
